Additional Comments: Lee Valley changed netminder from Mel Grundy to Liem Le Huyen at 26:36 but at 26:48 changed them back again! We also called a Time-Out at 53:44, after which we scored a further two goals, but by this stage it was too late, and Trafford had already had a goal disallowed at 14:16, due to “high sticks,” so they won by one less goal than they could have done. Trafford also changed their netminder, from Colin Downie to John McGarrigle at 55:33, but John did at least manage to stay on the ice until the end of the game! Kel Land and Jon Beckett didn’t play in the third period for the Lions. Referee was Dadswell, Linesmen were Feehan and an unnamed stripey. |
