Additional Comments: Lions’ latest import, Dave Ducharme, excelled in his debut game for the club by scoring 5+5. Lions had a goal initially disallowed, then finally allowed at 29:12 after much deliberation. An incident at 51:07 saw Flyers’ Robert Toye receive 2+10 for Butt-Ending, while Dave Ducharme got 2-mins for Roughing and Jaro Lycka 2+2 for Retaliation. Glen Price was still on loan from Romford as Jamie Elliott and girlfriend Julie Cook had become proud parents of their son (Sam) during the week. Steve Smith also became a father the same week, a son named Alan. Joint Referees were Danischewsky and Harris. |
